The committee of Kotak Mahindra Bank has allotted 47,465 equity shares of Rs 10 each, pursuant to exercise of employee stock option plan. 7,396 equity shares were allotted under ESOP scheme series 2002-03/06, 8,460 equity shares were allotted under ESOP scheme series 2005/01, 23,700 equity shares were allotted under ESOP scheme series 2005/02 and 7,909 equity shares under ESOP scheme series 2007/01.
These shares were allotted at the ESOP allotment committee meeting held on 03 December 2008.
