The extraordinary general meeting of MindTree will be held on 22 December 2008 to approve the grant stock options to employees of subsidiary or holding company under various Employees Stock Option Plans of the company, including ESOP 2008 (A) – (Program 5) upon terms and conditions as set out in the plans as approved by the shareholders of the company
